Links not working

The links in my email and on some web pages don't work when I click on them.
Also, the icons look strange in the address bar in IE, they have that
generic look. Any ideas

Hi Tim

Try this:

From Start>Run type the following command with Outlook Express closed:

regsvr32 urlmon.dll

Then open Internet Explorer and go to Tools>Internet Options>Programs and
click on 'Reset Web Settings...'.. Then open Outlook Express and try the
links again.
