Links not operating in Outlook

I have been very pleased so far with Office 2007, however, just
recently(today) I have not been able to open ANY links from within
Outlook...can't link in emails or to my RSS feeds...for instance...I'll get a
feed from MSNBC, and when I click on "http://www.govote.org/?t1=84" within
the feed I get " Windows cannot open this file Use the web service to opem
file...as I said...this just started today...any suggestions...?
