Links not not working

Hi! When I click on a link in Outlook or Outlook Express, nothing happens.
How can I fix that?

What's your default browser. Internet Explorer?
IE > Tools > Internet Options > Programs tab > Reset Web Settings.
Make sure that the Internet Explorer should check to see if it is the
default browser.
