Links in OutlookXP open blank page in IE 6

When I click on hyperlinks that I receive in an email in
Outlook 2003 it launches IE 6 but only a blank page shows
up. This on an XP SP1 platform. help!

(re-register all DLLs listed in this KB article)

Installing the latest Cumulative Patch for IE (Q824145) may solve the
problem as a side-effect. Check in at Windows Update.
