Links in my email no longer work

I recently upgraded to Norton AV and PFW and XP Home SP2. SP2 was causing a
few conflicks, but the thing I cannot fix is Outlook. Links in my email are
not bringing up IE explore as usual. The error message states " This
operation was canceled due to restrictions on this computer. Please contact
your system administrator." Any help would be much appreciated.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
