links in emails open browser twice with same page

When I started using Outlook 2003 and clicked on a URL in an email, it came
up with the Link Browser dialog box - so I pointed it to firefox.exe.

After that - when i click on a URL in an email - it opens firefox to that
page, and then opens firefox again to that page.

So, I then cleared the registry entry unde
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Preferences\InternetBrowserPath\.

ANd now when I click on a URL in an email - it opens firefox to that page
once, and behind that, brings up the Link Browser dialog box again.

Any ideas? This is pretty annoying.
