When linserting links with in a document, how do I insert so that it does not
print?
 
Are you saying that you don't want hyperlinks to be blue and underlined?
Change the Hyperlink character style to take care of pasted-in links. For
ones that you type, clear the check box for "Internet and network paths with
hyperlinks" on the AutoFormat As You Type tab of Tools | AutoCorrect
Options.

Use that sort of an effect - apply the hyperlink to ordinary text
words.
