Links dissapear

I'm writing an e-newsletter. The original sorce has the
hyperlink code, and when I send it, the code is taken out,
and with it, the hyperlink. What is wrong? I'm using
Norton Antivirus. Is it removing the code?
 
How are you writing it, how are you sending it?
