In the links bar on IE, can I add a link that when clicked on, it opens the
link in another IE window (as if I clicked ctrl-N) instead of the one that
it is clicked in? Javascript in the URL field of the properties page maybe?
What would be the script?
I am using IE6, I think its sp2.
Thanks

Easier than javascript...

Find "IExplore.exe"
Right-click and drag IExplore.exe to the desktop and choose "Create
shortcut."
Right-click that shortcut> Properties> Target, modify the Target
to include the URL.
Example:
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE"
becomes
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" www.yahoo.com
Note a space between " and w

Using Windows Explorer, move that shortcut to the Links folder.

There is a way to get this to happen, automatic
and by a setting, I have it on my IE6 browser at work,
yet I can not get it to happen at home. I was thinking
powertoys, but was not it. I have well over 30 or so
links on my link bar, and what you suggest would take too
long to even bother.

My problem is that some links aqlways open in the first IE
window that I open regardless of which IE window I click
on the link.
