links and weighted least squares

Two questions regarding Excel 2002:

1. I have a column of data, resulting from a formula, in
one column of a worksheet. I would like to copy this
column of data into another worksheet in a separate
file. I followed the instructions for "linking" the
data, and was only able to make the link one cell at a
time. How can I link the entire column from the source
to the destination? I followed the "help" instructions,
but it did not work.

2. Does Excel 2002 have capability to do weighted least
squares regression?

Thanks very much.

1. You should be able to highlight all the data in the
source column copy it, open your destination file click
on the start cell for your data entry, right click, paste
special and paste link.
2. Sorry do not know what you are talking about here?
