Links added automatically to Tools menu

Can anyone help? Recently when I open or close IE6 new
pop-up windows open and take me to sites I have no wish
to go to. They also seem to be listed on my Tools drop
down menu. How do I remove them?
 
Did you get a response to this? I am having a the same
problem and would appreciate any help.

IE 6.

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.
