linking workbooks

Is there any way to get rid of the zeros in the destination file for
cells that are empty in the source file? Please help...I'm getting
desperate.
 
In the workbook with the "offending" zeroes, do Tools, Options, and in the
View tab, de-select (i.e., uncheck) the option "Zero values."
