Problem: Paste Data after Source Workbook in Closed...

Hallo!

I have two workbooks: Source and Destination.
When I select and copy a cell range in Source, activate Destination and
paste the range - everything goes right and in result I get properly copied
cell range.
BUT, when I select and copy a cell range in Source, close Source, activate
Destination and paste - I get my cells merged in lines and separated with
strange square symbol...

Could you help me please to figure out what does this mean and how to solve
it?
 
Any ideas?

Could you try it this on two dummy workbooks please?
