Linking two cells of text together

I am trying to link two cells together one cell is in one work sheet and the
other cell is in another worksheet both sheets are in the same workbook. What
I am trying to do with them is when I type same a name in one cell I want it
to already fill itself into the other cell on the other worksheet.

Please help.

Unless you are wanting something else which you have not clearly
described . . .

In the "other" worksheet click on the "other" cell and type
"=" (without quotes).
Select the "one" worksheet and click on the "one" cell.
Press return.

=CONCATENATE(ref1,ref2)

Sorry I was typing a little fast.

ok here is my situation. I have 4 worksheets and I am trying to type some
text in cell A24 and have that same text automaticly typed into the other
worksheet in cell B20 when I hit the enter key.

I have already tried the typing "=" in it then clicking on the cell in the
other worksheet and it hasnt worked.
