Linking Tables

I have 2 tables that are joined by ID(Primary Key). One table is employee
information and the other table is class information. I am importing an excel
spreadsheet every month to update the employee table which always has more or
less records with it. The class table doesn't automatically adjust to the
amount of records in the employee table. I've tried different joins and i've
tried adjusting queries. I do have a query that joins both tables by the way.
Is it something im doing wrong or can this not be done? Any help is
appreciated

I feel your pain as a govt database designer i ran across the same situation
and didnt come up with a solution to this problem. As far back as I can
remember I have not seen this done.
