linking table that is on the web

I split my database and uploaded the tables up to our
website. Now everytime I try to link the tables I get an
error "invalid format". I'm not sure is what i'm doing
can be done to begin with. I just want to be able to
access data store one our website. Any suggestions????

You cannot link Access tables over an HTTP connection. You need to be able
to see the folder where the table file is in your network neighborhood.
