Linking Pictures using VB Code

Would like to know how to link picture to a report or form from a folder and
is it possible to click a picture in the folder and have it open up the form
in Access 2000. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Again, not too
familiar, so please explain step-by-step. Thanks!
