Linking Outlook contacts to an Access database

Is the above reliable? Our elementary school has added all the students in a
MS Access database. I would like to add the students in Outlook so that the
principal (and other staff) can do SCHOOLWIDE emails to the parents.

I'm assuming I still have to enter each student into Outlook separately, but
maybe I can merge the data of the student and take it from Access and put it
into Outlook? And, once the data is there, I keep it up to date by doing the
above (in the subject line)? Is this correct?

Is the above the best way to keep both databases (Access and Outlook) up to
date with the same data?

Thank you.

You can Import information of the Access database to Outlook. In Outlook, go
to File menu, then Import > Export and just follow the wizard.

You might want to consider a tool that will either expose the Access data in Outlook or synchronize it. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/database.htm#tools
