Linking office programs in one file

Hi

I am trying to creat a file on project with line items, numbers and of
course a time frame. It gives me a great gantt chart, but I would like to
link it to excel charts and excel tables and finally a PPT presenation. So
when I do changes in either one program, including add ons that changes
should reflect in all the files. This saves a lot of time in replecating
efforts over time. Like if I need to make a presneation in PPT with graph
charts on status in 2 months, I scoop over in project, select that time frame
and get output results in excel and PPT. Is there a way to do this, or I am
pushing the limits. :(. Thanks

I'm seeing mention of MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint but no reference to
Word. Is there a question about Word here?
