linking listboxes and textboxes

I created in Access 2000 a form similar to the Outlook form "Selected names"
(form to select names for the field To, CC and BCC). In Outlook as soon as
you enter some values in the textbox above right, there are items selected in
the listbox.
How can I do this in Access?

Isn't that the default functionality of a combobox? Maybe I'm not
understanding your question.
