Linking fields in one document

I use Word 2003 on XP. I have a 3 letters I would like to combine into one
document.

On letter 1 I would like to enter data and see it link to page 2 and 3.
THerefore allowing me to only type the data in once and the following pages
link to this area.

How would this be done?
