Linking excell to Oulook Contact list

I have been trying to see if i could link a excell worksheet to my Outlook
Contact list
so far all i have been able to do is copy and paste. I am looking to find a
way to have an active link between the two if it is possible
 
The only way would be to find an addin that already does that or to code
your own addin that uses code to do the linking.
