Please disregard my other question (I figured it out). My
question is... when I set up the worksheet in power point,
the font is distorted and not readable. Is there a way to
fix that???

Thanks,
Kate

Kate -

You should set up the range in Excel so that it looks just like it
should in PowerPoint, including the actual size. If the size has to be
changed by more than a small amount, it will become distorted in PowerPoint.

You might also make sure you use a readable font in Excel, knowing it
will be moved across to another app. I use Arial Narrow in all my
worksheets, but if it needs to be used elsewhere, I sacrifice density of
characters for readability, and use Arial or even Verdana.
