linking even pages and linking odd pages

I like to create a document in a way that the even pages are "linked" to each
other, and the odd pages too. Result: in that double sided printed document
on the left page students kan read theory, on the right page the can find
examples, etc.

So, if I insert text on an even page the existing text below flows to the
next even page.

Can someone help me?

The only way to do this is with linked text boxes, and you're limited to 32.
You'll also create an ungainly and unmanageable document.
