Linking different workbooks

Hi,

I have 3 workbooks to do 3 different operations.
Say workbook 1 does operation 1 and so on... each workbook may have many worksheets.

I have a drop down menu to select which operation to be done. If i select 1 i want to go to workbook 1 and so on.
I have no clue on how to proceed with this..

Can you please help me with this???:(:(:cry::confused:
