Linking data between tables, queries and forms.

How do I make the same data appear in two related tables and or form where
the fields are the same? Meaning entering the data in the main form ones and
having it appear in the sub form.
Main form and sub form are linked and are working.
 
The same data should never be stored in two separate tables: that's not what
relational databases are for.
