Linking/Assigning Records

Help guys...
I want to:
- Have a form that shows data from a table which contains bills/
receipts from shopping
- In this form i want a method of assigning links to other records in
another table, which when clicked on will hyperlink me to the record
assigned in a form

IE;
- If i have a form that shows data/records of shopping bills/receipts
- An item can be linked to this bill (such as an apple or bannana);
therefore i want a way of attaching an item/record name from so it can
be shown which items the bill links to
- Then I want this link to be a hyperlink to take me to the record of
that shopping item
- However, i want to be able to add/edit the links as each bill will
be different

Can this be done????
help!
If anyone needs this explaining better, let me know and i will see
what i can do!
