linking appts to contacts

why is it that when i create an Appt and then link it to a Business Contact
or create a New Appt from the toolbar button on the Business Contact page,
that it doesn't automatically show up in the Business Contact History
section? the only way i can get them to go into History is by using the
Add button next the Bus Contact History section...
 
Because that's the way BCM was designed to operate. You may want to use the
Add button on the BCM form, then also add a contact link the way you would
if you weren't using BCM.
