linking an action button to a custom animation

:i would like to make a 'Who wants to be a Millionare Quiz' and have two
answers disapear if a student chooses 50:50. i know i can create a new slide
to link to the 50:50 action button, but is it posible to link an action
button to a custom animation and do it that way?

I'm sure the answer is Yes, but I can't quite visualize what you are saying,
Dave. Simply put: You can make any object disappear when any object is
clicked...
