Linked Table Manager is empty

I have access 2007 and the Linked Table Manager is empty. How do I activate
this feature? Anyone?
 
Do you currently have any Linked tables?

If No:
The Linked table manager will only display tables that have already been
linked.

To create a linked table in prior versions was
File>GetExternalData>Link. Not sure what the sequence is in 2007.

If Yes:
You got me. I have no idea why it would be blank. Re run installation or
try to do a repair would be my first thoughts.
