Linked table manager and PATH with spaces

OK the linked table manager is broken
and earlier someone showed MS support
page that shows how to fix the problem.

The path to the Accwiz.dll file has spaces
in it. How do you run a command on a file
with spaces in it?

I know how to do this in Unix, although spaces
arent such a great idea in Unix, but how to do
this in MS?

You need to put double quotes around the path.
"c:\program files\etc"

 

[aaron.kempf]

if you used Access Data Projects; then you would have

a) faster development
b) faster data entry / reporting
c) not have to deal with Linked Table Manager

grow up kids; MDB is obsolete.. it's not even included in the next
version of Access!
