Linked query to SQL Server - Report source not displaying "dbo"

Here is a strange thing. I have an Access database data linked to SQL Server
back end. I have several reports that run from queries. On one PC when I open
a report in design mode and set the Report Source the drop down list includes
the "dbo" part eg dbo.ReportQuery1 and the report works fine.

However on another PC the report doesn't work with the error - "Cannot find
ReportQuery1" and when I open the report in design mode on this PC the "dbo"
is not there - either in the record source or the drop down list! Therefore
the report doesn't think the query exists!

Can anyone shed any light on this? I have a screenshot showing the problem
but can't see of a way to attach it here.

Thanks

I have just found out that it now seems as if the PC displaying the "dbo" has
Office SP2 on but the PC not showing it has SP3 - is this a bug - or can
something else be done to fix it??

Thanks

Are you using a DSN? I think it might have to do with the way
the DSN is set up on the two machines.

You don't normally have to use dbo. because dbo. is normally
the default.

If you have more questions, you should ask in the .odbc group
rather than in .reports
