i use outlook send the link to my co-worker for ex:
\\servername\folder1\cash account
but the link does not like space, please advise

For spaces in general, you need double quotes...but you can't insert a link
like that. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/links.htm for some help, and
note that the best place for Outlook questions are Outlook newsgroups, such
as microsoft.public.outlook.
