Link to Powerpoint presentation opens in PP Viewer

Have a webpage with a link on it going to a powerpoint
presentation, which when you select should open up a
presentation in ms powerpoint, but instead launches in PP
viewer, have checked file associations and this is setup
ok. and works fine from explorer.

Did you think that maybe thats because not everyone has
ms powerpoint installed.

If someone who doesn't have it clicks the link they will
be able to download pp viewer for free but if it opens in
ms pp and someone doesn't have it they won't pay $100
just to view a presentation.

My Advice: Don't Try To Fix This.

it is within a company intranet, all PC's have Office XP
installed, and file association is correctly pointing to
PPt.
