Link to page

Know this is a dumb one but how do you set a link to just a certain place on
a page instead of linking to the entire page. Don't know how to phrase it
maybe. When I send some one to a place want them like go to the center of
that particular html instead of at the beginning of it ... Thanks

It is called a bookmark.

Place your cursor before the place you want to link to then, Insert |
Bookmark
Next save the page, but don't close it, then open the page you want link
from, select your text or image, then right click, hyperlink and select the
page, then the bookmark.
