Link to files on a server

i have fp2002.

How can i have links from my web page point to files on a
server? If the information in the files change on the
server will the new data automatically be reflected on the
web page?

Make sure the files are imported into your current open FP web (File Menu |
Open Web) and then create a link to them.

Now if you are actually trying to show the content of a file within a web
page, then you have to be able to use a ASP Server-Side Include or standard
Server-Side Include if you want it to be updated as soon as the file is
changed in real time. The FP Include only updates doing a save.
