I charge $1 to users of a javascript program I made. But I'm afraid that
another web site put a link to my program and charge for it. How can I detect
a web site with a link to the page where my program is?
I saw that www.copyscape.com detect web sites that use same sentences as my
web site. That's good but it doens't reply to my concern.

You would have to check your raw log files each night, if your web host allows you access to them.
