link buttons missing

I can not send pictures to email. When I right click a picture, I have only
the option to send to drive D or E. Where is the link to send picture to
email?
 
Select the "Mail Recipient" option in the Send To menu. Or you may use the "Email this file" link in the Common Tasks pane.
