Link bar themes

Am running FP 2002 and WSTPro; Using a theme
and trying to create a link bar. It shows up perfectly on the left
pane of WSTPro but when I go the site I get rectangles but no button
graphic although clicking on the bar brings me to the page indicated.
What's the problem ? If you care, the site is
http://pages.infinit.net/phoenix7/ and the page is citations. It's in
French. TIA.
