Link an excel worksheet to an access database table?

Hi,

Does anyone know if it can do the following:-
link an excel worksheet to an access database table (mdb) and do update and
insert in that excel worksheet?

From Access it is possible to use a "linked table" with an Excel worksheet
as the source, this allows you to modify the data in Excel or Access.
