link an excel file in word

I would like to link an excel sheet to my word document so that everytime I
update the excel file the word document will have the update content also.

However when I tried Insert\Object\Creat from file (link to file), it only
show 1 page of the excel. How can I display all of the content in word
document as in excel? Or did I use the right way to creat the link? Please
advice.

Thanks!

What you see in Word is constrained by what Word can actually display -- ie,
by what will fit on the page. Your document can have more than one link to
the same Workbook, if you want to spread the workbook over several pages in
Word.

I now encounter another problem now.

I would like to insert an object by creat from file, while the table shown
in word is just limited to 4 rows...how can I extend the visible number of
rows for the table in word? I tried to pull the arrow down on the table and
it becomes a enlarge size...

Help...

If you double-click on the Excel object to open it, you can then drag the
right/bottom handles to increase the number of columns/rows.

Cheers
