Link a GPO to an OU using a command line utility?

Hello group,

I'm desperatly looking for a command line tool that would allow me to
link an existing policy to an organisational unit. As this tool would
be a part of my automated installation it's important for me that it's
accepting command-line parameters (that's why I can't use Microsofts
gpollink.vbs). (Like: tool.exe gp ou)
