Depending upon what data you wish to exchange, you can link the tables, or
even import the tables from one to the other. Choose File ... Get External
Data. Then choose either Link or Import.

I'm trying to do this but I'm getting an error 3423, You cannot use ODBC to
import from, export to, or link an external Microsoft Jet or ISAM database
table to your database.
The file I'm trying to link into is located across a LAN network, and is
accessible outside of Access. And I can link two databases if they are
located locally.
So I'm not too sure where to go from here. Do you have any hints please?
