Hello,

When I hit the Ctrl-End key it brings me to the end of the sheet.
understand it is because there was data there but I have deleted it.
Any way to change where the ctrl-end stops?

Thanks
Gre

Select all the data from where the data stops to the end,
if your data stops at row 450, in the name box type
451:65536 and press enter (name box is the area above cell A1 which will
show the cell that's selected),
now do edit>delete, do the same for the columns, assume the last column with
data is column Z, in the name box type AA:IV and press enter, repeate and do
edit>delete.
press ctrl + home and save the workbook, in some earlier versions you might
have to restart excel but this should do it, You can of course also go to
the last row and press ctrl + down arrow and for the column ctrl + right
arrow

More specifically, it stops at the last cell that EVER had data in it. If
you've deleted the data from that cell, you CAN reset things by deleting all
rows below the actual last row and all columns to the right of the actual last
column. That's delete as in Edit/Delete, not Edit/Clear or the Del key.
