line spacing between images????

AAAaargh it's drivin me nutz!!
I'm placing 4 images each below the other,
there oblong with text on each and intended as links
to other pages, what I want is for there to be as little -
or even better NO space between them (vertically speaking)
for a much better appearance -
I'm using fp98, I'v set the images as a "defined term"
and this does reduce the space between - but not to close it up
completely - what do I need to do ???
I'v a table with three cells across - centre has an image, and I'm
placing these link buttons, 4 on the left cell of table and 4 on right
cell.
many thanks... help put me out of pain trying to figure it out!! :)

(table size the width of an image, height the height of 4 images)
- insert the images into the cells (w/ nothing else in the cell)
- set your cell and image alignment properties and
