Line down the right hand side

Some of the sites I visit I have a 3' wide line running
down the right havd side of the page. This only happend
about 10% of the sites I visit. Since all the other site
us up the whole page I am wondering why some site do
this?

3 foot! I think you mean 3" (inches). It is down to web site design and
there is nothing you can change.

site they never reply.
