Limiting Windows Messenger to internal use only

I'd like to setup Windows Messenger for our business to use, but I don't want
it going out to the internet. I just want it to be used behind our firewall,
on our internal network. Is there a way to do this? All PCs use XP SP2.

Thanks,

Sure.
Google for SIP server and SIP messaging. Windows Messenger 5.1 can do SIP very well.
