Limiting VPN access to one server

Domain: Windows 2000
RRAS server: Windows 2003
Is it possible to setup a RRAS policy so that a group of users can only
access one server when then dial in. I have consultants who are going
to dialin and do some work on a server but I don't want them to be
able to connect to anything else.

I am trying to do the same on my network. What I did was assigning
specific IPs to the VPN clients, and then use the filter rules on the
interface to allow/deny their access.
