Limiting folder size

Ok, I'm sure this can be done, but buggered if I can find
where.

We have home drives for users, and I'm trying to set a
size limit on the folder.
Basically so they don't go mashing all the drive space.

The only thing I can find is about using disk quota's. But
as far as I can tell this if for whole drives only, and
not individual shares.

Anyone got any ideas?

you simply cant do that with windows unless u use third party software.
i have searched a lot for this
