Limiting Editing on Document

I want to be able to change a Word document so that only a few areas can be
edited, and the rest is "locked" so that no users could change it. How do I
go about protecting the document, and making certain pieces of text available
to edit.

Help!

See http://www.computorcompanion.com/LPMArticle.asp?ID=22 for a tutorial on
protected forms.

Be aware that protecting a form doesn't mean that no users can change it; if
they're determined to change it, they can. All you can do is make it
inconvenient to change the form.
